The story is set in Manhattan in 1899. The once wealthy Holland sisters, Elizabeth and Diana, find out that their family is in financial trouble. Elizabeth is arranged to marry Henry, son of one of the richest men in Manhattan even though she loves Will, her family's coachman.

Love it. It was to read and interesting.
